Settings

Locate settings in the sidebar.

In this section, you will be able to view the details of your account and set up.

If any changes are made in the organisation section, press Save Changes at the bottom.

If any changes are made to the location address, press ‘Save changes’.

Business & Locations

Locate business and locations in the top bar.

This will show the current business location (outlined in blue).

Below it will be a button to add another business.

Enter all the required details.

Once done, press the button at the bottom.

This will take you to a sign-up page.

Trading hours

In trading hours, toggle on which days the business will be open.

Enter the opening and closing times for each day.

Once done, press ‘save changes’.

Receipts

In the receipts section, the settings of how the receipts print and appear can be changed.

Enter a receipt header and a receipt footer.

Change the settings according to when you want each receipt to print.

Toggle on or off the following keys according to personal preference.

Enter a reset number for the receipts limit.

To attach a business logo, choose from existing files.

Enter invoice terms.

Once done, press ‘save changes’.

Tax / GST

Locate tax/ GST in the top bar.

Enter the default GST rate that will apply to every product the business sells.

If it is the correct rate, there is no need to change it.

Choose the tax display mode from the drop-down menu.

If the business is registered for GST with the ATO, toggle on this button:

To exempt some products from GST, enter the product categories (separated by a comma if there are multiple categories).

To create a new tax rate that can be applied to all products, enter the rate name and percentage:

Once done, press on the plus ‘+’ sign on the right side.

To delete a tax rate, press on the bin icon on the right side.

Once all the desired changes have been made, press on ‘save changes’.

Notification

Locate notifications in the top bar.

Enter a threshold for the low stock alert.

When the product stock falls below this level, an alert will be sent.

Enter the operational alerts email.

Toggle on this button for notifications that appear on the browser:

Once all the desired changes are made, press ‘save changes’.

Devices

Locate devices in the top bar.

Pick the location of the device from the drop-down menu.

Settings will apply to the devices at the selected location.

If the selected business location has a different business name, and a different ABN, enter them below.

Pick the card tipping settings for the selected location:

Once all the desired changes have been made, press ‘save changes’.

Press on this button to be taken to manage paired devices.
