Reputation

Locate ‘Reputation’ in the sidebar under Online & Marketing’.

Summaries are available for viewing on the top.

Below, a ‘Review requests’ section will show.

Toggling this one will automate for review requests to be sent out to customers after each completed order.

Paste in the Google review in the designated box.

Setting a price will ask customers to review only after spending that amount or above.

Leave the minimum purchase as zero (0) for customers to be sent the review request after every purchase.

Attach a custom message.

Once all the fields are filled out as desired, press ‘save changes’.

Reviews will show up in the designated space below.
