Laybys

Locate the ‘Laybys’ tab under the ‘Customer & Loyalty’.

In the top bar, you can view the active, paid, collected, and cancelled Laybys.

To enter a payment, locate the desired purchase and click on ‘Record payment’

Enter the details of the payment.

Once done, press ‘Record Payment’.

Clicking on payment history will show a summary of past payments.

To create a new layby

Press on ‘New Layby’.

Fill in the details for the layby agreement.

Once done, press ‘Create agreement’.

To change the layby settings

Locate ‘Settings’ in the top right corner and press on it.

Create the changes in the settings, then press ‘save changes’
