Repairs

Locate repairs in the sidebar under ‘sell’.

Use the different tabs to find the existing repair job.

The jobs will appear in the section below.

To edit

To change the progress of the order, locate the desired repair job.

Locate the drop-down menu on the right-hand side.

Tapping the menu will show multiple options.

Press the desired progress stage.

This will update the repair job and move it to a different tab accordingly.

To delete a repair job, simply press the red bin icon.

To make changes to the repair job, press the ‘edit’ button.

This will show the details for the repair job.

Make the desired change.

Once done, press ‘save changes’

OPTIONALLY: Repair flows

To create repair flows that guide the POS system, locate ‘repair flows' on the top bar.

Tap ‘New flow’

Choose a flow name.

Tick the ‘active’ box.

Fill in the required boxes as needed to create an appropriate flow.

Once done, tap ‘save flow’

The repair flow will then appear below.

To inactivate it, untick the box next to ‘active’ to disable it.

To delete the repair flow, click on the delete button.

To create changes to the flow, tap ‘edit’.

Create the desired changes.

Click ‘save flow’.
