House accounts

Locate ‘House accounts’ under ‘Customers & Loyalty’ in the sidebar.

The active house accounts will appear below.

To create a new house account, press ‘Open Account’.

Select the desired customer, fill out the required fields, then press ‘Open Account ’.

To record payment for an existing account, press ‘Record payment’.

Fill in the required fields, select the payment method then press ‘Record payment’.

To access the statement of an account, press ‘Statement ’.

This will show a statement.

Use the top two fields to select the timeframe for the statement.

Press ‘Print’ to print the statement.

12. This will change the status of the account and move it to the ‘Suspended’ tab above.

13. To reactivate the account, press ‘reactivate’.
