FLY ENTERPRISES PTY LTD (ABN 95 699 352 675) (“Fly”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Fly point-of-sale platform, including the website at useflysystems.com and all associated web applications, mobile apps, and APIs (collectively, the “Service”).

We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in that Act.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Business and account registration details (business name, ABN, address)
• Contact information (name, email address, phone number)
• Payment and billing information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Transaction and order data processed through your POS
• Customer loyalty and contact data that you upload or generate via the Service
• Device pairing information and hardware identifiers

Despite these measures, no transmission or storage of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

We use essential cookies to authenticate your session and maintain your login state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning.
