Customers

Locate the ‘Customers & Loyalty’ section.

Click on the ‘Customers' tab.

In the top right corner, click on ‘Add Customer’

Fill in the customer details.

Tick the box outlined in blue if the customer wishes to receive marketing emails/sms

Click ‘Add customer’

To add segments

Click on ‘segments’

Click on ‘new segment’

Fill in the segment details as desired.

OPTIONALLY: Click on ‘Add condition’ to create rules for the segment of customers.

This will reveal three more sections to fill out.

Once done, press on ‘save segment’.

To create customer types

Click on ‘customer types.’

Click on ‘New customer type’

Fill in the details as desired, then click on ‘create type’

To edit customer types, click on ‘customer types’ again.

Click on the bin to delete the customer type.

Click ‘Edit’ to make changes to the customer type.

Make the desired changes to the customer type, then click ‘save changes’

To import CSV

Click on ‘Import CSV’

Click the file, then click on ‘Import customers’
