Click & Collect

Locate ‘Click & Collect’ in the sidebar under ‘Online & Marketing’.

Use the top bar to scroll between the tabs.

The click and collect orders will appear below as highlighted in the blue.

To create a new click & collect order, press ‘create order’ in the top right.

Fill in the required details for the order.

Press ‘create order’.

The order will then appear below.

Once it is ready to be collected, press ‘Mark as ready’.

This will then move the order to the ‘ready’ tab from the top sections.

The button will change to ‘Mark collected’.

Press ‘Mark collected’ once the order has been collected.

This will move the order to the ‘Collected’ tab.
