Devices

Underneath ‘Devices & Screens’, select the ‘Devices’ tab.

Select ‘Generate Pairing Code '.

Select the device type to pair.

Select the store location where the device will be.

Tap the ‘Generate Code’ Button.

This will show a generated code that can be copied. Paste the code into the device you want to pair.

Go back to paired devices.

Paired devices will appear at the bottom as outlined in blue.

Payment methods for each device

Locate the device you wish to connect a payment method to.

Click on ‘payments’.

Start by ticking all the payment methods that apply to the selected device.

To select an EFTPOS terminal, press on the drop-down menu.

This will show a drop-down menu of all the available terminals.

Select the desired terminal.

Select a session timeout by clicking on the drop-down menu.

Select the desired time.

Once everything is done, press ‘save changes’.

To unpair a device from the account, click ‘revoke’.

To restart a device, press ‘restart’.

Press ‘confirm’.
