Operations

Quick Sale

Locate the operations section.

Press ‘Quick Sale’ for a quick sale without having to choose an item.

This will show the quick sale till.

Pick whether it is for a sale or a refund.

Enter the amount.

Press ‘Charge’.

Pick the payment method and proceed with the payment.

Gift cards

Locate and press the ‘Gift Cards’ button.

This will show a new tab.

To check the balance of a gift card, simply use the top field and enter the gift card code.

To sell a gift card, use the section below.

Start by selecting a customer. To do this, press ‘Search’.

This will reveal the list of saved customers.

Select the desired customer.

Select the card type.

If the gift card is physical, enter the card number in the space below by scanning it.

Select the amount for the gift card.

OR, enter a custom amount in the space below.

Once done, press ‘Sell Gift Card’.

To void a gift card.

Enter the gift card code in the space below.

Press ‘Void’.

Press ‘Void Gift Card’.

Laybys

Locate ‘Laybys’ and press on it.

This will automatically take you to the Laybys tab.

Kiosk Upsell

Locate and press the ‘Kiosk Upsell’ button.

This will show the list of products from the catalog.

Select the items that you want to appear at the kiosk checkout by ticking the boxes.

Use the search bar to search for products in the catalog.

Once finished, press ‘Done’.

Close Till

This button will take you to the ‘Close’ tab.
