Laybys

Locate Laybys in the sidebar.

The top shows an overview of the active laybys, amount owing, and amount collected through laybys.

All the customers with ongoing laybys can be viewed below.

On the left, you can view the amount of the layby and how much is still owing.

To start a new layby, press the ‘New’ button in the top right corner.

This will take you to a new page.

Press the ‘Search’ button.

All the added customers will appear below.

Simply select the desired customer by clicking on them.

This will show that the customer has been selected.

To change the customer and pick a different one, press ‘Change’.

This will show the customers’ list again.

If the customer you are searching for does not appear because they haven’t been added as a customer yet, simply enter the customer’s name in the space below:

Then press ‘Create new customer’.

This will automatically add the new customer.

Select the number of instalments.

Select a payment frequency.

Then press ‘Add products’.

This will take you to the sell page.

Start selecting the products for the Layby.

Then you can charge the payment (which will be the first half of however many instalments have been picked).

Go back to Laybys.

Use the top bar to switch through tabs.
